Introduction to the online tarot courses

The Worldwide Mediums and Psychics tarot courses are designed to help you avoid the usual pitfalls when learning to read the tarot on your own.

Traditional interpretations are included in the course but rather than accept them as the be all and end all, you are encouraged to learn to develop your psychic abilities to find your own interpretations in the cards.

Each course encourages you to use the tarot in relation to today's world whilst at the same time developing your higher mind, using visualization and focusing on your own psychic abilities in order to become a competent reader.

How the course is laid out

When you first enrol, the only course available to you is the Major Arcana.

Each course contains four/five assignments (depending which course you are taking) for a single card, which you will need to work through before moving onto the next card.

We prefer that you only work on all the assignments for one card at a time so that you cover all aspects of one card before moving on to the next card.

When you have completed your Major Arcana course, your tutor will automatically enrol you in the next course - the Wands - and so on until you have reached the level where you have earned your certificate.

Your assignments

Study of each card involves working in your own time and typing your findings into the online system.

After you submit your assignments an email is sent by the system to your tutor.

Your assignments are read by your tutor and feedback is then provided along with your grade. Grades and comments are automatically emailed to the student.

Once you have received your grade, if you are not happy with it, you can edit your work and re-submit your assignments for re-grading by the tutor.

Why do the assignments?

The assignments are important for two reasons:-

Firstly, you need a deep understanding of each card in relation to our world today - there is no point in skimming through the assignments as you will not gain the understanding you need.

Secondly when we do a reading for someone today, they aren't interested in the mystical side of tarot - they want to know how the reader can help them. They want to know about their love lives, their work or career, their kids, their parents, their family, money, how to fix problems or make them go away, so you need to learn how to interpret the card for today's world.

Certificate

On completion of the course you will recieve a 'Worldwide Mediums and Psychics' certificate to say you have reached the required grade as a tarot reader.

In addition, if you pass the professional course you will be entitled to display your certificate logo on your letterheads, email's and website.
